DELIVERY AND RETURNS

1Delivery

1.1We offer many methods of delivery for orders to the UK Mainland, which is a standard delivery and a guaranteed next working day delivery.

1.2Where our standard free delivery service is selected we aim to dispatch your goods within 3 working days of you placing your order, please note this excludes weekends and UK public holidays. The standard free delivery is usually dispatched with Royal Mail, 1st Class Signed for Post, this delivery service is a 1 – 5 working day delivery, deliveries are made through Monday to Saturday, 95% of deliveries will arrive the next working day.

1.3Where you are in urgent need for your order, please use an alternative delivery method, such as the guaranteed next working day, or call us to get a quote on a same day delivery (available to customers located in and around London), delivery by specific time, (delivery by 9am or 1pm) or Saturday delivery.

1.4For our guaranteed next working day delivery place your order before 3.00pm, we aim to dispatch this order the same day the order is placed and out for delivery with a courier (which can wary depending on delivery area) and will be delivered to you by 5.00pm the next working day.

1.5Signature will be required on selected or high value orders. Where you are not available to receive your order, Royal Mail or the Courier company used will leave you a calling card either advising the delivery has been left with a neighbour or advising the options available to you in rearranging the delivery or collecting it from a local depot.

1.6Orders received where the delivery address is a PO Box will not be processed, or sent to the PO Box address.

1.7Where more than one item has been order, the delivery may be split and will arrive separately, if you do not receive your full order within 5 working days please contact us to advice.

1.8For reasons of security, if you wish to change the delivery address on an order which has already been processed, but not yet dispatched, you will be required to email us your request, and please include in the email, your order number, your name and contact details, the current shipping address and the new shipping address

1.9We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver Goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to Goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs, terrorism and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion, accident or adverse weather conditions.

1.10Subject to any rights granted to you under applicable consumer law, we accept no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from our inability to do so or our decision on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided that we take all reasonable steps to notify you within 14 days of placing the order that the goods will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases we will refund any payment made, in full. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order from us with sufficient lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from such non-shipment.

2Refund

2.1If you have ordered an item that you no longer require, you are able to return the item to us. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned for a refund or replacement. You must return this item to us within 14 days of the purchase date. Please inform us before returning any item so we can provide you with a Goods Return Number (GRN).

2.2All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

2.3The returned product must be unused, in its original unopened packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, with any labels still attached, and in a condition enabling us to sell the product again.

2.4The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

2.5Where you return a product in contravention of this policy no refund will be issued and we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we will charge for re-delivery of the returned product.

2.6We will refund any monies you have paid to us within 30 days of receipt of your return.

2.7Any package sent to us without a Goods Return Number (GRN) or any documentation may be recycled and we may not be able to assist you further with the query, so please mark the Goods Return Number (GRN) clearly on the package, this will help ensure that your returns are processed correctly and quickly

3Faulty or Incorrect Goods

3.1If the goods that arrive are incorrect or the item is damaged in anyway possible on arrival, please notify us immediately, and we resolve this immediatly. We will do our best to help you and get the problem resolved straight away, if we are not able to resolve the issue, we will arrange a replacement item for you. Please do not dispose of any faulty items unless you have been advised to do so by us, we will send a returns note, with a Goods Return Number (GRN) and our pre-paid address sticker. These can be used to return the faulty item back to us at no cost to yourself.

3.2We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising from a faulty or incorrect product and in any event our maximum liability to you will be to refund to you the amount paid by you for the Goods giving rise to the claim, if and when the full order has been returned to us in an satisfactory condition.

3.3If you feel our product has caused any damage to your machine or equipment, please contact us and if and when necessary our authorised engineer will be arranged to check and service the machine or equipment.

3.4Where we are unable to send an engineer, we can arrange to collect the machine or equipment, carry out the service and delivery back the machine or equipment.The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

3.5We will not be liable for any cost incurred where an external company or engineer is used to repair or service the machine or equipment, unless this is confirmed and agreed by us prior to the repair or service of the machine or equipment.

3.6All returned items must be securely packaged if not being returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
